Larval Tears are Key Items in Elden Ring that allow players to reallocate their characters' stats, and there are 18 of them scattered across the Lands Between. While it is certainly possible to complete the game without finding any of those Larval Tears, players who like to experiment with builds will need to obtain some of them. This guide is written with that group of players in mind, and the location of every Larval Tear in Elden Ring can be found in what follows.
Players who need information about how to use Larval Tears can find it in this guide to respeccing in Elden Ring.
